Whether your functions are Weddings, Birthdays, Engagements, Christenings, or Corporate Functions, they will all take place in a relaxed, warm setting with friendly staff.
Functions for up to 150 people can be arranged on most days and nights. Prices are very competitive and the services are unbeatable.

Tentative bookings are taken, however to secure the day, a deposit must be made.

Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $100 to be lodged on notification of booking.

Payment: Full payment for catering and room hire to be paid 7 days prior to your function. Payment by cash, cheque or credit card

Food and Beverage: As the Sporties Club is a fully licensed establishment, liquor may not be brought on to the premises. The Sporties supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol, and reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or under age guest.

Final Numbers:

We ask that numbers are confirmed 7 days prior to the event otherwise original numbers quoted on shall be charged. Final menu selections must be made 7 days prior to the event.

Decorations: You are welcome to place decorations around the club, however we do ask arrangements to be discussed with management.

Damage: The hirer shall be responsible for any damage to the club or its equipment by your guests.

Once booked, your room hire charge includes the hire of the venue for a specified time period; bar staff general catering staff; all cutlery plates and glasses, etc used for the evening; and preparation of the tables and seating requirements, including white tablecloths and your choice of coloured serviettes.

Drinks organised through a Dry Till to be paid at the completion of the function.

A Bond may be required for your function, that upon inspection, shall be refunded to the hirer.
